Simeera’s diverse skills guides the organisation’s strategic approach, ensuring data-driven decisions that consider intersectionality.

Simeera builds new infrastructure pathways, computer systems and works closely with partners to grow our reimagined governance learning and development team lab.

Fowzia Spiritual Teacher Expert in mental health alchemical resilience teachings and local mother in Tower Hamlets. Supports 128 women in total through care and holistic support.

We expanded our care model and support statutory organisations to embed culturally competent care.
Sirad Hackney Women’s Coop Team Leader Oversees safe space in Hackney and is the team leader.

Lived experience lead, entrepreneur, Mother of four children and genocide survivor.
Sirad is instrumental in maintaining and overseeing the safe spaces, ensuring they function as intended and providing support and guidance where needed.

Sirad also supports CSC to embed learning, governance tools and to improve our educational tools/literary/traditional ecological knowledge.

Fadhiya’s culinary expertise helps in community engagement, events, and outreach programs.
Bashir Senior Community Connector Leads our five-year mental health contract with East London Foundation Trust, supporting 60+ case load. Signposting, client management, health justice.
Bashir adds value to our contract due to his strong funder relationship, by supporting SEND clients further, advocating for health justice principles and culturally competent changes across the provision.

Amani Health Justice Practitioner Wellbeing Youth Hub Lead, designs mental health care rooted in recovery, signposting, care in the community for young people. Currently developing a national model focused on the Black Panther Party’s approach to healing justice.
Kadra Women’s Coop Lead Kadra manages Ubah (Cook) and Zaynab (Programme Lead). Kadra's role ensures that the Women's Coop in Tower Hamlets is led efficiently, fostering a sense of community and support.
Ismail Community Navigator Expertise by experience working on Project ADDER outreach and support for problematic drug users and signposting, cultural competence. Ismail and Abdirahim are currently designing a culturally competent rehab space, have co designed a business plan with service users supported by project ADDER leads.
Mohamed Youth Services Lead Manages one of the most engaged youth hubs in Tower Hamlets. Manages five youth workers, safeguarding lead, directs the strategic direction of the department, convenes various community wealth building projects, and looks after business development. Is currently developing a business plan, to expand services to include sexual health services, violent reduction initiatives and community wealth building department.
Abdishakur Father’s Hub Lead Abdishakur is a graduate, a young father, leading our father’s hub project which offers culturally sensitive support, mental health provision, advocacy and liberatory harm reduction for fathers. Abdishakur is leading on a radical and restorative justice focused hub, led by and for young father’s.
Nad’s Women’s Hub Consultant Nad’s is our Women’s Hub Consultant. A professional with decades long experience designing, producing and guiding award winning hubs. Nad’s is currently supporting and reimagining our approach to women’s services and is creating a harm reduction theory of change led model and intervention in Hackney.
